Guide Lines:
Using the lines as a guide, you can arrange your pieces in countless different ways. One of the easiest and most effective methods is to hang works side by side or one below the other. You can bring together works of the same size in a row or a column. To get the best result, remember to keep the gaps between them equal.
• For works of different sizes you can centre them, or align them along their top or bottom edges for innovative arrangements. First, create an imaginary guide (horizontal or vertical). Then align the edges of your works to the line or to either side of it.
• If you want to tie together many works of different sizes, use imaginary lines to find an element that will be the backbone of your design; this way the wall will move away from clutter and feel calmer.
