Returns & Cancellation

1. RIGHT OF RETURN

If SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. ships the wrong product, a technical problem occurs during production, or a visible problem originating from SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. arises, the Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days. In such a case, please contact our customer representative to discuss the return conditions. In the case of an incorrect shipment, SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. bears the cost of the new shipment.

2. SITUATIONS IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF RETURN DOES NOT APPLY

However, for the situations listed below, the CUSTOMER has no right of return, even if the product/products have not been used/benefited from by the CUSTOMER:

1. In situations arising from mistakes the CUSTOMER made while creating the order (incorrect sizing, wrong print type selection, wrong paper selection, wrong frame selection and the like), SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. does not accept returns or exchanges.
2. SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. accepts no liability for pixelation, low resolution or low-quality digital image problems in the image the CUSTOMER used when creating the order, and in these situations does not accept returns or exchanges.
3. Where exercise of the right of return is possible, the CUSTOMER is legally responsible for any change or deterioration that occurs if, within the return period, they do not use the goods in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use. Accordingly, if there is a change or deterioration because the Product was not used in accordance with its technical specifications and operation up to the return date, the CUSTOMER may lose the right of return.

3. DELIVERY INFORMATION

SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. takes great care in the production of each order and carefully packages orders so they are not damaged during shipping.

• It is the Customer's responsibility to check for damage when receiving the package.

Orders can be cancelled until 16:00 on the same business day. Cancellation can be done by phone at 0532 237 9610 or by sending your name, surname and order number to info@sanatsalbaski.com.

5. EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURES

For product exchange/return, you must write your request on the form found on the second page of the e-invoice for the product and send it to our address given in the contact information. For a product exchange/return, the product received must be unused/undamaged. Together with the return request, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.
